Colour Selections

Saturday 6 February 2010 we met with Anita from Wisdom for our colour selections appointment. Whilst we had 100% decided on most selections there were a couple of things we were both unsure of and we were very happy to have Anita assure us that our selections were correct or provide us with suggestions for alternatives.

So in the end, we have decided on the following:

Gutters - Colorbond Ironstone


Fascia, Downpipes - Colorbond Shale Gray

Garage door - Panel Lift Contemporary Profile - Ironstone

Front door - painted in Colorbond Ironstone

Windows - Trend Anodic Natural Matt


Second storey cladding/eaves - Taubmans Gazebo White
Driveway/Outdoor leisure room - Plain with Edge brick header - Gunmetal

Internal
Kitchen
Benchtops - Caesar Stone Ice Snow


Cupboard doors - Polyurethane Laminex White
Glass splashback - Cappucino

Bathroom, Ensuite & Powder Room
Vanity top - Laminex Natural Quartz (Natural Finish)

Cupboard doors - Laminex Nocturne Oak (Natural Finish)

Paint
Wall & Woodwork Paint - Taubmans Fume Blanc
Ceilings/cornices - Taubmans White

Selections of carpet and tiles will be done around the time the slab is poured - we know what we want and hope they are still in range at that time.

So what now...we are waiting on the Construction Certificate to issue and the financier to get back to us with the documents etc.
